Workers from abroad

Business Joensuu helps you find a competent worker for your company’s needs. First, our recruitment officer helps you define the competence required by your organisation and the skills needed for the position. After this, the officer helps you select the regions or countries from which Business Joensuu starts to look for a worker. After finding suitable candidates, they are introduced to you. Business Joensuu also helps with the interviews and the employment agreement.

Funding to support international recruitment

Your company can apply for funding through the Talent Explorer of Business Finland. With the funding, you can hire an international expert who brings in new knowledge and experience of your target market, promoting your business in new markets.

After finding a worker

Once a suitable worker has been found, a counsellor from International House Joensuu can help with matters related to a residence permit. We will also support your worker even before they move to Finland. We offer your worker information and guidance in communicating with the authorities and moving to Finland.
